This was an amazing guided tour of the forbidden city, Tiananmen Square and the central axis. It was super busy but our guide Icy was super fast and efficient and knew how to get us through the queues and crowds. A very informative morning and I’m so glad I did it!★

The pier has entrances at both ends, so I walked along the sidewalk to the ticket booth, which was located about halfway down the pier, but there was no entrance, so I had a bit of a hard time. Also, the address was for another building near the pier. If you take a taxi, they'll drop you off at the building across from the pier. That's right in the middle of the pier, but there's no entrance, so you have to go to the end and then walk back to the middle. Other than that, there were no inconveniences. After boarding, there was a dance performance by a dancer, and watermelon and water were provided. The night view was beautiful overall. The cruise ship's distance was not short and was just right.★
