This trip was fantastic. It’s quite a long day but worth it. Krish was lovely and very helpful. Very informative and gave me lots of really interesting information, not just about Kandy but life in Sri Lanka as well. It was a very relaxed, enjoyable day. Kandy is beautiful and I’m very glad that I booked this particular tour with Apple Vacations as they definitely made the experience what it was. A must do if you have time. Also really good value. Khaleel was our guide today on our tour of Port of Spain and he was super. He picked us up at our hotel on time and then we collected one more guest so we were a lovely small group of 4. Whilst travelling between points of interest, Khaleel told us a lot about Trinidad’s history. We took this tour on our first day in Trinidad and it was a good orientation to know where we are. We really enjoyed the day and Khaleel made it so special: he got us Doubles for breakfast before setting off on the tour and then our tour ran over because we were all so interested. He then went above and beyond and even took us to a supermarket so we could do a bit of shopping. I can highly recommend Khaleel!
