The itinerary was well-planned. A driver picked us up from the hotel to the pier in the morning and helped us exchange all our boat tickets and boarding passes. A dedicated driver from the island picked us up on the boat to Nusa Penida; he was a very friendly young man (special praise!). We chose the east coast route, first visiting the Teletubbies exhibit, then the Treehouse area. There are several photo spots at this location, all requiring an entrance fee; we only chose the treehouse photo spot, which cost 750,000 Indonesian Rupiah. Photo opportunities are timed, two minutes per person, starting from when you begin climbing the stairs, so be sure to prepare in advance.★

The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip. They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great. We would recommend them to friends and family.★

Our trip to Nusa Penida was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and the island itself is simply breathtaking.
We visited several stunning beaches with crystal-clear water, dramatic cliffs, and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of the trip was snorkeling — the underwater world was vibrant and full of life. Seeing colorful fish and coral reefs up close was truly magical.
We would also like to give special thanks to our driver, Putu. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire journey. He made us feel safe on the road. Thanks to him, our experience was even more enjoyable and comfortable.
Overall, this excursion exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend visiting Nusa Penida — it’s a must-see destination!★

We opted for a Chinese-speaking tour. The driver arrived at our hotel on time in the morning to pick us up. After driving to the pier, we took a boat to Lembongan Island. After visiting the attractions on Lembongan Island, we took another boat to Nusa Penida Island. We had lunch first, and then began our Nusa Penida Island itinerary. We returned at 4 PM sharp. The itinerary followed the entire trip perfectly, and the arrangements were excellent. Our guide, Surya, accompanied us throughout, helping us buy tickets and arrange everything. We didn't have to worry about a thing – a truly wonderful experience!★

The driver was excellent. He shared a lot about Indonesia with us along the way, which was very informative. He was also very polite. His ancestral home is Fujian, so we could communicate in Mandarin without difficulty. He was very considerate of our feelings and was a very hardworking person. Full marks! 🌟
