The trip was a positive experience. Booking was done in just a few minutes, payment was via MIR card. On the day of the trip, we contacted via WhatsApp and shared pickup and drop-off locations. The bus departed Nha Trang at 10:30 PM sharp, and we arrived in Ho Chi Minh City at 3:15 AM, even though the estimated time was 5:30 AM. So, keep in mind that you should plan your overnight stay in the city well in advance.★

Enjoyed this shuttle bus, using the van has 9 passenger seats. Except for the 2 next to the driver, the back seats are all wide lying sand, I saw klook after ordering that seats can be reserved. Contact the local service provider when using the date. Fortunately, we did so, and when we got on the bus, a Korean couple got on the bus and sat in our seats first, after the company people asked them to go and sit back in their last row of seats. On the return trip, we took the boat, no bus comfortable, and expensive HK$120/person, next time round trip to take this kind of BUS★

We traveled on March 14th. Nha Trang - Da Nang route. First, we arrived at the train station, printed out tickets, and waited for the minibus. A girl announced our minibus to Da Nang, and we boarded. The ride was about 15 minutes to the transfer point. We transferred to a sleeper bus. We booked VIP 22. Everything matched the description. Unlimited water, the toilet and WiFi worked, and the door to the restroom didn't close. But it was clear someone had been there, because you can only enter in slippers. Towards the end of the trip, it smelled like a toilet. Since it's difficult to go to the restroom at speed due to the rocking. The reservation was for 8:30 PM. The minibus departed at 8:50 PM. The sleeper bus departed at 9:30 PM. We arrived at 7:45 AM. The whole journey was bumpy, the driver kept speeding up and braking, which was really annoying. There were also stops along the way to pick up packages. So basically it's fine. You can drive it.
