Drop Off: On the day of departure, our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi/Hai Phong/Ninh Binh/Sapa center at the scheduled time. Then our driver will take you to the airport, ensuring you arrive on time for your flight.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 60 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 30 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 15 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 15 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

If you book after 22:00 - 5:00, we will surcharge from 5 USD to 10 USD per booking.
