I was traveling alone, but didn't want to rush to the meeting point early in the morning. I saw that the 9-person group tour with hotel pick-up required a minimum of two people to book, so I contacted customer service and paid the difference to book smoothly. The 9-person group tour was arranged with a minivan, driven by a young man named Timo. He picked me up from the hotel on time, and the itinerary was well-planned and smooth throughout the trip. He was very attentive and nice. The weather was fantastic that day; the snow-capped peak of Mount Fuji was breathtaking, and the flowers in Oishi Park and Lake Kawaguchi were in full bloom. It was truly a worthwhile trip!

The trip was really amazing. Our tour guide, Mr Hikari made the tour special for he brought us to the beautiful spots. He was very helpful, informative and coordinated. He assured everyone was happy and fine. I would like to mention too, our tour driver for dropping us early and keeping us safe. It was a blessed day indeed, seeing sakura flowers, glittering lake and the wonderful Mt Fuji all together.

Yesterday's day trip to Mount Fuji was very satisfying. Although Mount Fuji appeared and disappeared intermittently, seeing its snow-capped peak was still a pleasant surprise. Our driver, Xiao Yang, drove smoothly and was very patient. Although the itinerary he received listed Oishi Park as the first stop, which differed from what was shown on Ctrip, he discussed it with his company and took us to the Kawaguchiko Cherry Blossom Festival instead, effectively giving us an extra attraction. A big thumbs up to him for his proactive communication and dedication to ensuring tourist satisfaction! 👍🏻

This trip to Mount Fuji was absolutely worth it! The crystal-clear mountain scenery was breathtaking, every view was like a painting. Highly recommended. Unbeatable value for money. The tour guide contacted us the day before, providing clear and helpful meeting information pictures. They even helped take photos, and their photography skills were superb. No shopping stops throughout the trip, very flexible, perfect for those who want to see all the landmarks in one go. Because if you really want to see Mt. Fuji, you need to book the bus and hotel in advance, but it can be frustrating if the weather is bad. This tour allows you to book a day in advance based on the weather forecast, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience. Great scenery, excellent management, and a great itinerary – five stars!
