The ocean guide was great! Even though they were a double guide for both Korean and Chinese passengers, they handled everything well without any communication difficulties, which was nice. I sat in the very front, and they were friendly and even chatted with me. It's a shame I missed seeing Mount Fuji.

Due to heavy rain we couldn't see Mount Fuji, but the trip was still interesting. Great experience, comfortable bus and a great guide. The food for an extra fee was good, and we were very precise with the time, thanks to the organizers. In the future I would like to see the exact coordinates of the meeting point and restrictions for small kids. There is no entertainment for them, but the whole bus has to listen to whining throughout the trip.

Felt quite rushed and didnt have much time to spend at each location, but overall still good and convenient.

Today, Jack guided us and quickly answered all our questions. He calmly took us to our destination. Thank you, Jack, from Group 14.
