How to use

Children under 1.1m enter for free, while children above 1m are charged the same as adults.

2. Boarding Pier: Shuangyue Bay Lover's Dyke Fisherman's Wharf. (Navigation: Base Poseidon Land, Sea & Air)

3. Due to objective factors such as sea conditions, tides, and traffic control that may affect the sailing speed, the attraction reserves the right to shorten or extend the voyage duration, alter the sailing distance, or modify the itinerary for safety purposes.

4. Passengers with successful bookings must arrive at the attraction service center for ticket redemption at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Ticket inspection and boarding will take place 10-15 minutes before departure, and boarding will cease 5 minutes prior to departure. The company shall not be held responsible for any failure to board due to personal reasons such as late arrival. If visitors are unable to board due to personal tardiness, the company will process the booked tickets as used and charge the full amount.

5. For the safety of passengers, due to limited service capacity, the yacht company cannot accommodate travelers with the following conditions: those who suffer from severe seasickness or airsickness; travelers with hypertension, heart disease, pregnant women, those with limited mobility, intoxicated individuals, travelers with mental illness, and other conditions that make them unsuitable for boarding the vessel or aircraft.

6. Once a passenger's reservation is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not permitted except in cases of force majeure such as war, earthquake, lightning strike, flood, government action, severe sea conditions, typhoon, tsunami, or public health emergencies.

7. Huizhou Poseidon International Yacht Co., Ltd. reserves the final right to interpret this quotation within the scope permitted by law.

Important note

1. Please arrange your time in advance to avoid delays in your itinerary. We will plan an appropriate sailing route based on your departure time and requirements.

2. Follow the captain's instructions and prioritize safety. Do not swim in the sea without permission. The yacht provides safety equipment such as life jackets for customers.

In the event that the following circumstances prevent normal departure, a full refund will be issued or the departure time will be rescheduled through mutual agreement.

1. Sea visibility is less than 1 kilometer; or the captain determines it's unsafe to sail based on experience!

2. Severe weather conditions on the day of departure, such as typhoons, thunderstorms, or lightning.

3. Important Reminders: Please plan your trip in advance during holidays and estimate the time to arrive at the pier for departure. Those prone to seasickness should take medication 30 minutes before boarding. Bring your own sun protection. Do not dispose of tissues in the boat's restroom. Passengers with high blood pressure or heart conditions are not allowed to board!
