The underground river tour was a wonderful experience. The guide was pleasant and helped with our child. We went on the tour with our two-year-old son. Everything went great! The river was magnificent! The only thing was that the lunch was a bit iffy; the food was unusual and there were no sanitary conditions, so we didn't eat it. Also, the tour time was exaggerated. We returned to the hotel at 2:00 PM. The tour was definitely wonderful, I highly recommend it! I should also add that our hotel was outside the free shuttle zone, so we paid an extra 300 pesos for two.★

You were taken to many different places and everything ran smoothly. The only thing that could be improved is on the what's not included section there is one stop where you need to hire a kayak 300-500, you can't visit the spot without hiring the kayak. There is also a 100 charge for a snorkeling mask a breathing tube but this one is optional as it doesn't have a major effect on the stops.★
