We happened to be there on a rainy day, so the scenery wasn't as beautiful as on a sunny day, but we were in a great mood, mainly because of our wonderful tour guide, Sunny. She was truly a very responsible, considerate, and understanding guide. We really hope to book another Sunny tour when we visit Busan someday. Her service was excellent; she was very patient, had a lovely voice, and was very talkative. We chatted a lot about cultural differences and local Korean customs on the way. We highly recommend this tour; there was absolutely no shopping, and she responsibly took us to all the attractions, even showing us to the designated pick-up point. In short, we had a fantastic tour guide, Sunny.★

We had a fantastic Busan day trip with Sunny as our tour guide! Sunny was very friendly and helpful, and the whole trip was well organised.
The pickup arrangements were very convenient, with options at Busan Station at 3:20 pm and Seomyeon Station at 3:40 pm, making it easy to join the tour.
The highlight was definitely the Haeundae Blueline Park Sky Capsule ride! The coastal views were absolutely stunning and made the experience unforgettable.
Highly recommend this tour, especially with Sunny as your guide!★

This trip was very enjoyable. The transportation was comfortable, and our guide, John Kim, was extremely professional, providing a well-planned itinerary. We visited many attractions, and his explanations of historical sites were very detailed. We learned valuable historical facts while enjoying the tour. Bulguksa Temple was especially beautiful in the rain, and the Donggung Palace and the music pond were even more enchanting afterward. Highly recommended!★

Our tour guide, Xiao Si, was very responsible and enthusiastic. He took beautiful photos for us at Yuhwasa Temple before dismissing us for free time, which was truly appreciated for solo travelers! The driver also thoughtfully provided coffee and tea bags, making us feel very welcome. The only downside for me was that five days before the trip, the travel agency informed me that the bus was under maintenance and I needed to reschedule, which affected my itinerary. However, on the other hand, I'm also grateful to the travel agency for taking responsibility by notifying me in advance and helping me adjust my schedule, allowing me to achieve the most important goal of my Busan trip – seeing the autumn leaves. The beautiful autumn foliage and attentive service make this trip highly recommended!★

The itinerary was perfect 100%! The tour guide was witty and humorous, providing detailed explanations. He even arranged for an extra assistant to take the group on a cable car ride (at their own expense) while he led everyone to visit a Buddhist temple, offering thorough explanations! Afterwards, the group enjoyed the beautiful autumn foliage, and finally, he took us to a restaurant for authentic Korean wild rice dishes. Everything was perfectly arranged.
