How to use
Board with name and contact number
Bus: SMS with license plate number, driver's phone number, and boarding address
1. Bus: You will receive an SMS notification by 21:00 the night before your trip.
2. Check your ride details (contact customer support if you don't receive them)
3. Arrive 10 minutes early and wait at the designated meeting point (the bus will arrive at a fixed pick-up point).
The journey from Jiuzhaigou takes approximately 2.5 hours, while the trip from Huanglong to the high-speed rail station takes about 40 minutes.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 22:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 22:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
