Traveler Information

Adult price applies to children 6 years old and above.

Children aged 6 and under (inclusive) are exempt from the guide fee, do not occupy a seat, and insurance is not included. If you need headphones, please inform customer support after booking. If there are extra headphones, they will be provided for the child free of charge. The museum is large and has many visitors, so parents must supervise their children closely.

Minors under 18 years old cannot be accommodated alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
