Meeting point : COLTS Horse Riding Koh Samui office.
Please present your e-ticket to the staff.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
- Child ticket age between 3-10 years
- The rider's weight must be under 100 kg (220.46 lbs), the tour is nonrefundable for riders over this weight who book the tour
- Infant (under 2 years old) is free of charge (sit with parents, Total weight < 100 kg (220.46 lbs))
- The rider shall wear long pants
- Uncontrolled riding is not permitted
- Group Rides are restricted to a maximum of 8 riders
- We want you to enjoy your ride and your safety is very important to us
- We provide each rider with a safety equestrian helmet and riding boots
- Before leaving the stable, strong intermediate riders and advanced riders must demonstrate an ability to independently control their horse
- Should you arrive late for your beach ride we may be forced to reduce the duration of your beach ride so the following group is not impacted
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour, or provide a full refund
