The staff were incredibly welcoming. They contacted me in advance to arrange the itinerary, and due to weather conditions, the flight was changed to a clear day. They kept confirming the time with me, arranging the shuttle bus, and explaining any precautions. Finally, I got to experience the activity. The flight was perfect, very smooth and stable, even more stable than I expected. We even stopped at the top of the mountain to land and take photos 📷. I had a wonderful and perfect experience.★

Our trip was excellent. We had an expert guide in Brendan who was professional friendly and very engaging. The trip has a lot of driving but Brendan made light work of it by relating lots of interesting facts along the way. We made a lot of stops for sightseeing and comfort. The countryside was beautiful even before you got to the World Heritage Site. Milford Sound was enjoying a sunny day so the whole area was lovely. Not many waterfalls because of little rainfall but plenty of wildlife. The boat and lunch were very enjoyable.★

We really enjoyed the bus trip there with our driver Shailendra who was very informative, insightful and fun. The cruise had some beautiful scenery despite the weather not being as good. The bus ride home was very long and quite a long day on the whole was the only downside for us but enjoyable experience on the whole.★
