As soon as I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, an airport staff member was waiting at the airport entrance holding a sign with my name on it. The immigration line was incredibly long, but the staff member guided me to a dedicated passageway, so I passed quickly! They even helped me pack my luggage separately, which was incredibly convenient, and I was especially happy that I didn't have to stand in the hot weather for too long. I'll definitely use this service again when I leave the country next time!★

Last time I left the country, the regular waiting line was longer than I thought, so I got tired of it, so I applied for the VIP fast track this time! The staff member guided me to the dedicated gate, so I was able to finish the process right away without waiting in line! Luggage check and departure immigration were both completed quickly, and I was guided straight to the lounge, so I felt good from the start of my trip~ It costs a bit, but I think it's worth it to save time and reduce stress :)★

I recently tried using an eSIM for the first time and, honestly, I’m still a little surprised at how… smooth everything seemed to go. Or at least, I think it went smoothly — it all just kind of worked in this quiet, almost invisible way. There wasn’t one huge, dramatic moment of “wow,” but the overall experience left me with a really good feeling that I can’t fully explain. From the moment I set it up — or maybe “started trying to set it up,” because I wasn’t 100% sure I was doing it right — things just felt strangely easy. I kept expecting something to go wrong, because with tech, something usually does, but… it didn’t. At least, I don’t think it did. Everything connected when it was supposed to, and somehow I was just… online. It was almost suspiciously simple. Throughout the time I used it, I kind of forgot it was even there, which in a way is probably the best sign. I didn’t have to think about it, didn’t have to constantly check anything, didn’t have to fight with weird settings.★

After landing, he was waiting for us with a sign with our names written on it and led us to a separate line. Everything went perfectly. We were through passport control in 10 minutes. The last time I was there, the immigration line was quite long during peak departure times.
So this time, I applied for the fast-track service, and a dedicated guide was waiting for me at the arrival gate! I also got through immigration quickly, and the staff even picked up my luggage for me, making my arrival experience completely hassle-free.
If you're traveling with family or with seniors, I highly recommend this service!
