We shared our itinerary and preferences with them, and they were very accommodating, adjusting the arrangements accordingly. Everything was well organised, smooth, and stress-free. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy our trip at our own pace. A special thank you to our driver, Master Wang! He was punctual, professional, friendly, and made every journey comfortable. We especially appreciated that he recommended halal food options for us, which made things much easier as Muslim travellers. His local recommendations were thoughtful and greatly appreciated. The itinerary was very well planned, and our guide, Xiao Wang, explained everything at each stop and even took photos for us. Lake Yamanaka, Lake Kawaguchi, and Oishi Park were all so beautiful. The weather was perfect when we went, and we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji. It was a truly worthwhile trip! I'm looking forward to going back again for a few more days so I can experience Fuji-Q Highland and the Hippo Bus.

Thank you to our tour guide, Wu Xia, for your incredibly dedicated service, which made for a wonderful day for everyone! Although we encountered a traffic jam due to an accident on the highway and our attempt to gamble on the weather in the mountains failed, Wu Xia's expert explanations along the way provided a wealth of knowledge about Mount Aso, which was still very rewarding! You absolutely must go boating in Takachiho! It was so much fun! Wu Xia's self-made boating instructions were extremely useful! This was a combined Chinese and English tour, and the bilingual explanations increased the tour guide's workload, but Wu Xia took excellent care of both groups, taking beautiful photos for everyone – truly amazing!
