Wow what an amazing day! The pick up was on time and hassle free direct from my hotel. It had been raining so I think that meant a few cancellations, all the better for me who ended up in a small group of just 5. John was our guide. A lovely intro with a nice coffee. Then we got to meet and feed some gorgeous elephants. And a great photo opportunity . We then went to meet the rest. (They have 7 at this sanctuary). Plenty chance to ask questions and know everything about their elephants. A quick coffee then change for a chance to shower and brush the elephant. This was fantastic! What a wholesome , amazing day ! I definately recommend you visit when in samui★

Private longtail trip to Koh Mudsum (Pig Island) and Koh Tan with our two boys. Boat and driver were great: kind, careful and on time, and the weather cleared up nicely. Good value for a private boat. One thing to improve: we had no explanation of what was on each island or what to expect, so a short briefing at the start would make it even better. Bring cash for the ฿50 pp entrance fee at Koh Mudsum.★

The route matched the description. The excursion itself was wonderful. I highly recommend it. We were with the Funny Day team. They're great guys, but there was one major drawback I didn't like. On the way back from the archipelago to Koh Samui, we ran out of gas. Oh well, it happens. We first took some gas from a boat traveling alongside, but it wasn't enough. Then we waited for a second boat to bring gas and pick up some of the people. And it seemed like everything should go smoothly from there, but no! The new boat also ran out of gas 100 meters from the beach. And we waited for a third boat. They need to fix this urgently and bring extra gas. Otherwise, the excursion itself, the views, the snorkeling, and the kayaking were amazing. The views from the observation deck are incredibly beautiful, but the climb is very difficult and is best done in sneakers.★
