The hot air balloon company prioritizes safety; they don't fly in bad weather. The guests ahead of me waited five days, all of which were canceled due to weather. I was lucky and only waited two days to fly. The service was excellent. The driver was very polite, and the staff helped guests climb in and out of the balloon basket. The pilot was highly skilled; the balloon drifted close to the rocks. The sky was filled with colorful balloons, and Cappadocia's lunar-like landscape was absolutely stunning. They even had a champagne celebration after landing, which was very nice. I was extremely satisfied.

We had a great experience with Fermam as our tour guide! The Cappadocia Red Tour was well-organized, easy-paced with minimal walking, and the sights were truly breathtaking.
