The tour guide was a woman who spoke perfect English and was very friendly. The time spent in Catania was too short, while the time spent at Mount Etna was too long. The bus was incredibly cramped and completely unsuitable for anyone over 1.80m tall. We were left very much on our own at the beginning of the tour. I had to call the tour operator to find out that we wouldn't be met until we reached Sicily.★

The excursion lasted all day, but it still passed quickly. Philipo and Maya always made sure everyone kept up and were very friendly. We can absolutely recommend the quad tour on Mount Etna; it's definitely worth the €70, and despite the snow and all kinds of weather, we had a blast. We also enjoyed Taormina; the weather could have been better, but nobody can control that. We just had a good laugh about the stop we made along the way—the local café is more of a rest stop, but it was okay. Perhaps it could be called something else.★

We had an incredible day on this tour! The views of Etna were breathtaking, the wine tasting was wonderful, and the whole experience was both fun and memorable. Our guide Luca was fantastic – knowledgeable, friendly, and made the trip truly special. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Catania!
