The tour guide was a woman who spoke perfect English and was very friendly. The time spent in Catania was too short, while the time spent at Mount Etna was too long. The bus was incredibly cramped and completely unsuitable for anyone over 1.80m tall. We were left very much on our own at the beginning of the tour. I had to call the tour operator to find out that we wouldn't be met until we reached Sicily.★

The day trip was well-planned. The tour guides were always available and incredibly friendly. We had the choice between the cable car or the quad bike tour on Mount Etna. We opted for the quad bike tour, and it was absolutely the right decision. We drove over ancient lava rocks. The tour lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes, including a guided tour. The day was wonderful; thank you so much for the excellent organization.★

We had an incredible day on this tour! The views of Etna were breathtaking, the wine tasting was wonderful, and the whole experience was both fun and memorable. Our guide Luca was fantastic – knowledgeable, friendly, and made the trip truly special. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Catania!
