14:00 PM Depart for Phang Nga Bay. Enjoy fresh chilled coconut juice and Thai desserts on board.

14:30 Visit Khao Phing Kan and take a walk on the island

3:30 PM canoeing at Hong Island to explore stalactites and caves

At 16:00 on the way to "Panak Island", the guide will teach how to make "KRATHONG".

17:30 PM canoeing and sightseeing at Panak Island. During the canoe cave exploration, float your "water lantern pillar" on the water as a prayer to the water deity.

After 6:00 PM, enjoy a freshly prepared seafood dinner on board, featuring Thai, vegetarian, and halal dishes

After arriving at AOPOR PIER at 7:30 PM, the driver will take you back to the hotel

How to use

Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at the pick-up time specified on your confirmation. You will be picked up by the cruise company's local driver via shared transfer. Please wait in the **hotel lobby** in advance. The driver will identify passengers by the name list and usually will not call proactively. In case of traffic delays, please wait patiently. If the driver does not arrive by the latest pick-up time, you may contact customer support.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00, 4 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 18:00 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

1. Offshore standards

All shipping companies strictly follow Maritime Safety Administration standards for sea departures, primarily considering **sea conditions (waves and wind) and vessel specifications (size, draft, etc.)**, and this is unrelated to localized rainfall on land.
If the Maritime Bureau determines that the sea conditions do not meet the departure standards and issues a notice on the day, we will contact you immediately. If the trip is canceled, you can receive a full refund or reschedule for free.
If maritime authorities permit sailing, the cruise company will fulfill the contract (to avoid disputes with travelers due to unjustified cancellations). If weather conditions change during the trip requiring adjustments/return, the guide will explain onboard and make adjustments based on the majority rule. In such cases, no refunds will be issued (as the cruise company has already incurred costs for vehicle arrangements, vessels, meals, island access, etc., and cannot refund us).

2. Pickup rules

You will be picked up by the local driver from the shipping company via shared transfer. Please make sure to wait in the **hotel lobby** in advance according to the pickup time on the confirmation sheet. The driver will identify passengers based on the list and will not proactively call. If no one shows up after waiting for about 5-10 minutes, the driver will proceed to the next stop. In case of traffic delays, please wait patiently. If the pickup exceeds the latest scheduled time, you may contact customer support to follow up.
The return trip also includes shared transfer drop-off, with vehicles arranged by the boat operator based on actual conditions.

3. Weather impact notice

Going out to sea is significantly affected by weather conditions (such as undercurrents, waves, low tide, and weather changes), and the following situations may occur:
1. Itinerary adjustment: Delays or early termination due to weather conditions (subject to official notice).
2. Snorkeling quality: The turbid seawater affects the viewing experience of marine life.
3. Fee policy: If the itinerary is adjusted/canceled due to weather conditions, **no price difference will be refunded**.

4. Cancellation & Change Policies

Except for force majeure weather conditions preventing travel, **same-day travel itineraries cannot be canceled or changed** (this rule is commonly enforced by ferry companies).

Personnel restrictions

Pregnant women, people with high blood pressure, heart disease, and those with sudden illnesses are **prohibited from participating in sea excursions**. Any losses or accidents resulting from unauthorized registration will be borne by the individual.

6. Insurance

The 1-day tour only includes medical insurance purchased by the local service provider for visitors participating in the program (from a local Thai insurance company), which is only valid for accidental injuries occurring during the local single itinerary!
