The booking process was very easy and as long as you download the app and ask around, it's very easy to use. There are a lot of other tourists using the Go City Pass so establishments are familiar with the redemption process. Most of the time you just have to show your QR code. I definitely recommend this if you're a first-timer in SG

A magical world in the heart of Singapore! Visiting the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest was one of the highlights of my trip to Singapore. This place is a true masterpiece of engineering and landscape design! What I especially loved: 1. Cloud Forest: The enormous 35-meter waterfall right at the entrance is simply breathtaking. The feeling of cool mist and a walk along the "sky bridges" among exotic plants creates an atmosphere reminiscent of the film "Avatar." This isn't just a garden, but an entire ecosystem hidden under a glass dome. The dinosaurs also create a wonderful atmosphere! 2. Flower Dome: The scale is astounding! Plants from all continents are here. I really loved how the areas are themed—everything is beautifully maintained, bright, and fragrant. The interior is kept pleasantly cool, providing a welcome respite from the heat.

the shake shack was super delicious and the meal was super worth it. however the redemption process was a terror to deal with. it took them almost 40 minutes to scan and redeem my item. extremely disappointed with the redemption process

The elderly appreciated the comfortable travel experience, as they were able to reach the tourist attractions without having to travel too long. However, 4 hours was not enough time, so they suggested extending the trip by an extra hour to facilitate shopping.
