This time, the entire Sawanu team was top-notch. The driver picked us up from the hotel on time and drove us comfortably. Upon arrival, our guide, Erwin, met us for an introductory talk and offered us breakfast. He was very friendly, attentive, and polite throughout the entire trip.

We loved everything! We went on a catamaran with "Sawanu Travel" on April 24, 2026. Transfer from our hotel in Patong to the pier at 5:30 AM and back by 7:00 PM. Four islands (two landings [30 minutes and 2 hours] and two snorkeling trips [30 minutes each]). Multilingual group, Russian and Thai (English) guide. Breakfast, lunch (on the island), and dinner, water, cookies, and fruit on board. The cost was 12,878 rubles for two adults!!!

An amazing excursion, everything lived up to the description. The catamaran is exactly as pictured. We were very lucky with our guide, Elena. Elena explained everything in detail, and everything was clear and organized. The crew was very positive and warm; they joked with us, took photos, and fed us deliciously. We watched an incredible sunset on the second deck with music. Everything was wonderful! It was the best excursion of my life! My husband and I were very pleased! Thank you so much!

It was absolutely amazing! We went on January 2nd. The weather was perfect. I'm sure there are many travel agencies out there, but this one was truly the best. Of course, even as a Japanese person, I was impressed by the basic customer service, and the tour content was also flawless. However, what made this place so special and what really thrilled me was how strict the travel agency was! National parks are packed with tourists, so if each agency doesn't follow the rules properly, things can get chaotic and even lead to accidents (because boats rotate in order). Therefore, the members of the tour agency you're assigned to have to line up in order and get to the waiting area for the boat. The area isn't particularly large, either. So, we gathered at the appointed time, and as we were walking together, a group of Latin Americans cut in front of us. Huh? Just then, a tour guide lady came over like a raging fire and scolded them. At first, she just told them to go back to their own teams, but the kids just kept smiling and didn't go back, like "it's okay," but the lady's gentle words didn't get through to them, so of course she scolded them! Then she called a staff member from that team and they were taken away. My liking for them skyrocketed. On tours like this, it can sometimes be a loss to follow the rules, but with a staff member who followed them so strictly, I was able to leave the cruise in their hands with peace of mind. No, they were really cool.

This day trip to Mount Fuji was fantastic! The tour guide was incredibly professional, patient and attentive throughout, helping everyone find the best photo spots. The itinerary was well-planned, not rushed or tiring. We took the ropeway to the summit for panoramic views, rode the miniature train around Lake Kawaguchi, and even fed the swans. The snow-capped summit of Mount Fuji was absolutely breathtaking. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!


