Eligibility

• Riders must be at least 8 years old to participate in this activity.
• Passengers must be at least 4 years old to participate in this activity.
• Children under 16 driving an ATV must be supervised by a parent/guardian as well as a guide/instructor or travel agency staff.
• This activity is only available for participants under 60 years old.

Important Notes

• Do not drink alcohol before riding.
• Riders must be in good physical and mental condition to ensure safe riding. Therefore, those under the influence of alcohol or drugs, pregnant women, and individuals with physical issues are not allowed to participate.
• Please note that passenger selection should be booked together with the rider and travel together.
• If the rider carries a passenger, it must be approved by the travel agency, and the guest must agree to sign a disclaimer and use protective equipment such as helmets and gloves.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

• All ATV tours operate in both sunny and rainy weather. If you are concerned about getting wet or riding in the rain, please consider carefully before booking.
• This activity is not recommended for people with mobility issues.
• During the trip, you must strictly follow the instructions of the guide/instructor. The travel agency reserves the right to stop any dangerous riding behavior or misconduct without issuing a refund.
• Accidental insurance only covers the rider and passengers, and all dangerous riding behaviors will automatically void the insurance coverage.
• The ATV is not covered by insurance. Participants are responsible for all repair costs resulting from rider negligence, recklessness, or violation of regulations.
• We reserve the right to stop any dangerous riding behavior or impolite conduct toward locals and ATV instructors without issuing a refund.
• Date changes (only one change allowed) must be requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
