Branden our tour guide was wonderful, he gave us lots of information on the way to each spot and helped us when we needed to purchase extra tickets. He was very kind and warm, and made sure the day ran smoothly! We were lucky enough to get an added stop along the way to the alpaca farm, and had enough time at each of the stops to do everything we wanted to do!:)★

I had a fantastic day! Joon was super friendly and spoke fluent English, which made communication very easy. The tour was perfectly organized: we started at the Eobi Ice Wall, then went to Nami Island, and finished the day at the Garden of Morningcalm. I especially appreciated that I had plenty of time at each location to explore at my own pace without feeling rushed. Highly recommended!★

Excellent trip! Very comfortable driving, excellent staff! A very charismatic and helpful guide – speaks both English and Chinese. He knows exactly when to share information and when to pause. The timing was perfect! There was traffic on the day of the trip, but the driver and guide managed to take us on the optimal route Alpaca Park and Nami Island are a great way to spend a day outside the capital. It's incredibly emotional, interesting, and beautiful! Ten of us were there, and everyone loved it. We highly recommend it and will definitely be working with these guys again!★

Ki was a very good tour guide. In other tours I've done the tour guide tends to yap way too much to the point idc what they're saying but Ki charisma makes it fun and enjoyable.
