Cindy was an excellent and very experienced local guide. We booked a private tour, and she planned our route and itinerary according to our departure time. She showed us the train arriving and departing from the station, which was so interesting! Then we went straight to the floating market, arriving on time without missing a beat. She even helped us queue and found a less crowded stall to eat at in the bustling market. Finally, she arranged time for us to experience elephant riding according to our wishes! Thank you, Cindy!★

I'll list the positive aspects: the bus picked us up on time, the air conditioning was on and it was very warm, and our guide, Jessie, was very kind and helpful! She speaks very good English! Overall, it matched the description. The driver was a woman with excellent driving skills and was very enthusiastic. She even offered to help take photos. I give Ctrip and the driver five stars. The only regret was that some tourists had poor team spirit and were not punctual, arriving 40 minutes late. As a result, the return trip didn't start until 5:10 pm, and the group didn't finish until almost 8 pm when we reached Jiefangbei!
