It was such a pleasant trip! The customer service was very patient in explaining everything. After placing my order, I received an email informing me to wait at my hotel reception at 6:45 AM. The driver would pick me up and take me to the bus pick-up point to the left of the opera house. The customer service representative would call my name from the electronic list. Throughout the trip, the tour guide provided explanations, and I used a translation app to translate everything simultaneously. Even if you don't speak English, it wasn't a problem. As long as you knew the pick-up point and the meeting time, and confirmed with the tour guide again, you could relax and enjoy the trip while taking photos.★

It annoys the hell out of me that I forgot our guide's name, because he was fantastic in his role and the museum is probably the most interesting I've ever been to (that would include the Louvre, the Prado and some other pretty big ones). The Kunskammer (if that's how it's spelled) is absolutely fascinating.★
