The view is amazing! Worth the price! It’s summer yet the view is so good. I wanna come back in winter or spring. I also want to commend our driver. He’s so nice and drives smoothly, you wont feel he’s stepping on the brakes. 100% professional driver, I am amazed! The tour guide is nice as well. He took care of us during our trip. All the places are great to explore and really nice. Just my opinion, the tour guide should wait for all of us to get down from the bus first then he can started to explain about the place not when we reach down to him, he is done. And we arrived shirakawago around 3:15pm and the last shuttle bus around 3:40pm to observatory. So it is not enough time as we need to walk a bit to a pickup point for shuttle bus. All the three places are so crowded but still nice to explore★

Our tour guide, Kaku, was incredibly dedicated and responsible – absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended! 👍 He provided commentary three times, in Chinese, English, and Japanese, and even reminded us which restaurants were good, which were average, and where to go first. He also distributed electronic maps and tourist brochures. I've participated in other local Japanese Gassho-zukuri village bus tours before, and none of the guides were this attentive. The itinerary included a 10-minute photo opportunity at the observation deck before continuing to the village, saving us the 30-minute round trip hike! 😂 This time, I didn't expect to have to climb to the observation deck myself, so the time spent in the village felt a bit rushed. But Kaku was wonderful – highly recommended! 👍★

Kamikochi is very beautiful, walking around the forest is very enjoyable, the 3km journey with very beautiful views, thank you to our guide, Ms. Lili, who explained the route to us in great detail.★

A day trip from Nagoya to Kamikochi was fantastic!
It was drizzling that day, and the mountains were shrouded in mist, the greenery refreshing and truly magical!
A special thank you to our guide, Xiao Yu; she was beautiful, kind, and incredibly warm and attentive. Since we didn't speak the language, she even helped us book a local barbershop by phone, solving a huge problem. She thoughtfully reminded us about safety on the road in the rain and recommended authentic Nagoya cuisine on the return trip. Her considerate service made the rainy day trip a truly memorable experience—highly recommended!
