We live in the ubud city. The whole trip is from 03:30-13:30. If you are not in a rush, you can spend your time until 15:00. The Jeep journey is very good especially with a kind and careful driver Dedik. The hot spring is unexpectedly great. I suggest the company to let the customer choose the hot spring spot. Overall perfect journey! My mum is 72 year old. She enjoy the journey as well.★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★

Trip with 3 generations (: brought my mom to experience the jeep ride and see the sunrise at mount batur.. I am glad she enjoyed herself, the only part she doesn't like is the smoke from the jeep :p overall we had a great time with jeep driver Jom, he is constantly checking in with us if everything is okay especially my mom.. He speaks fluent English and we are able to converse easily throughout the trip.. indeed a good experience (:★

I was traveling alone and was a little nervous about how everything would go, but this tour exceeded all expectations. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring—I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire trip.
The sunrise jeep tour to Gunung Batur was simply stunning: the sunrise views were unforgettable, the atmosphere was magical.
After sunrise, we visited a cafe in Kintamani with a stunning view of the volcano and lake—the perfect end to the trip. Everything was perfectly organized, unhurried, and with attention to detail.
I highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travelers—you'll definitely feel cared for and welcomed.
