1. Free boat tickets are valid for the route from Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal (Sheung Wan) to Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal.

2. Passengers who successfully book a free boat ticket will receive a confirmation email.

3. When boarding, passengers must present the confirmation email, a valid foreign travel document, and the transport pass for verification. Failure to do so will be considered as forfeiting the use of this offer.

4. This offer is not applicable to passengers holding a Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ID card, Macau Special Administrative Region ID card, Taiwan travel document, Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, People's Republic of China passport, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passport, Macau Special Administrative Region passport, or British National (Overseas) passport (BNO).

5. The departure date of the free boat ticket must be within seven (7) days from the date stated on the transport pass. The point of departure on the transport pass cannot be Macau.

6. According to the requirements of the Macau Tourism Office, for verification and statistical purposes, passengers who enjoy this promotion must provide relevant information ("personal data") such as their name, year of birth, travel document issuing place, and point of departure before boarding.

All itineraries must be completed by December 31.

8. During the promotional period, each passenger can exchange one (1) free boat ticket per transportation ticket. The free boat ticket is only valid for the passenger's personal use.

9. This offer is subject to seat availability on the flight, with limited quantity available on a first-come, first-served basis.

11. Once free boat tickets are issued, they cannot be changed, refunded, resold, or transferred.

12. All free boat tickets that have been altered, damaged, or expired will be deemed invalid.

13. Golden Light Ferry Limited ("the company") will not be responsible for or reissue any lost or stolen free boat tickets.

Each passenger can carry one piece of hand luggage not exceeding 20 kg in weight and 56 × 36 × 23 cm in size.

22. Golden Star Ferry Limited reserves the right to limit the quantity of vouchers used on each flight and to terminate this service without prior notice.

23. In case of any dispute, Golden Ferry Company Limited reserves the right of final decision.
