Free pick-up and drop-off service to hotels in downtown Da Nang. For areas outside the free service area, please contact customer service to confirm additional charges or agree on a meeting point.

Departure time: 08:00 (outbound journey), 16:00 (arrival in Da Nang on the return journey)

Waiting time: Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before departure.

Pre-departure confirmation: The supplier will reconfirm the pick-up and drop-off time before departure.

Additional charges: Accommodation in non-complimentary areas is subject to a fee of 250,000 VND/2 stays/set (applicable to some resorts and hotels). Payment can be made to the driver in cash.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation on or before the 2nd day prior to departure: Full refund available.

Cancellation less than 2 days prior to departure: No refunds will be issued.

Bookings must be made no later than two days before the departure date; otherwise, they cannot be processed.

Tickets, various passes, visas, and expedited immigration services are non-refundable, non-refundable, and non-rescheduling once purchased.
