What an amazing journey it was!
We were in Ubud, and our driver, Mr Agung, a local Ubud resident, came to pick us up. Mr Agung was very professional and punctual. He arrived on time and was well-dressed. He drove carefully, ensuring our comfort on the windy roads.
The tour itinerary met our expectations. We visited all three temples and decided to skip the coffee plantation since we had been there before. Mr Agung accommodated all our requests and was very considerate when we asked for breaks, especially since I was travelling with my daughter.
He explained everything about Hindu celebrations and upcoming holidays, answering all our questions. He was attentive, always making sure we were comfortable, and even provided us with great tips on how to bargain during our visit to the Gates of Heaven in Bali.
We recommend this tour to all future travellers.

We joined the Mount Batur Sunrise Jeep Tour and it was an unforgettable experience. Pick-up was early, around 2 AM, but the ride was comfortable and we didn’t have to hike. Our guide Mr Mangku was friendly and doubled as a photographer—he knew all the best angles, helped with poses, and took amazing photos and videos for us.
The sunrise view was stunning, with soft clouds below and Mount Agung in the distance. After sunrise, we explored the black lava fields, which were unique and perfect for photos. It was cold at the top, so bring a jacket.
Overall, this tour is perfect if you want beautiful views and great photos without trekking.★
