Captain Luke was very enthusiastic and fun, and the female driver who picked us up was also very energetic. The directions were clear throughout, but Milford Sound really depends on the weather. This tour is best enjoyed from the plane; Milford Sound in sunny weather is just average. Seeing Milford Sound in the rain is best done with luck or by car. After all, flying and rainy Milford Sound conflict (weather).

The weather was perfect for the flight, and the scenery was amazing. Even a half-day trip can be very enjoyable.

The travel agency arranged a free taxi to pick us up from the hotel and take us to the designated bus stop to wait for the tour bus. The process was quite relaxed and enjoyable. The guide was humorous and took us to several unique spots for photo opportunities. We were very grateful to them! Milford Sound has many waterfalls of varying sizes, which are spectacular and breathtaking. It's a view I've never seen before; the ocean is truly vast!

Overall, it was a great experience, and the driver/guide was very friendly. The scenery was beautiful, and I took a lot of photos. We drove from Queenstown to Milford Sound, which took a long time and left us a bit tired. The cruise was too crowded, so we had to go up to the top deck. It was raining and windy, and very cold.


