Present e-voucher on site

meeting time: 09:00/14:00 (please arrive 15 minutes early)

Meeting place: Lanyu Nemo Snorkeling (No. 67, Yeyin Village, Lanyu Township, Taitung County)

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

You must be 7 years old or older to participate in this activity
Visitors with the following diseases or other conditions that are not suitable for excessive stimulation are not allowed to participate in this activity: heart disease, pregnant women, epilepsy, asthma, high blood pressure, etc.
Please do not stay up late or drink alcohol the day before the experience. Get enough sleep and be in a good mood.
The supplier will reconfirm the meeting time with you in advance. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early on the day of the experience
Dive sites may be adjusted due to weather, sea conditions, and wind direction
You need to ride a bicycle from the meeting point to the dive site (approximately 10-30 minutes). Please bring your own transportation. If you cannot bring your own car or motorcycle, please do not place an order.
In order to protect the ecology of Lanyu Island, please do not apply sunscreen. If the instructor finds you wearing sunscreen, the instructor has the right to refuse service.
It is recommended to wear light and comfortable clothing (dry-resistant materials are recommended)
The dive shop does not provide prescription Mask. Passengers who need them should wear contact lenses on their own.
The minimum size for cold-weather clothing is adult size S. If you are traveling with children, please bring your own long-sleeved and long-pants jellyfish jacket and swimsuit (the store will provide snorkeling equipment, please bring your own swimsuit)
The store will provide snorkeling equipment (including life jacket, non-slip shoes, Mask and snorkels), all of which are suitable for elementary school children. For safety reasons, it is not recommended for children under 7 years old to participate.
