This place is a must-see. You can step back in time, recreating the world under the emperor as it was then. We sat in the second row, and basically had a view of everything. If you want to feel like you're right there and participate in the performance, then take the first row: all the dishes will be brought out to you beautifully presented. The acting is top-notch, it's impossible to tear yourself away even with the dishes on the table. Definitely 100 out of 100! Before the event, you can stroll through the museum; there are plenty of photo opportunities. Tip: they say you should definitely arrive by 5 to avoid being late, but we had to wait an hour and a half for the dinner itself to begin. You can arrive a little later.

She walked us around a quiet hutong where we could see a different atmosphere from Beijing center and make us try traditional Beijing traditional food!I highly recommend the tour if you want to spend a very nice time with a kind and friendly person!
