I wanted to leave a positive review, especially for our tour guide, Xiao Li. He was attentive and enthusiastic throughout the trip, reminding us of many things to be aware of, introducing the sights, and giving us ample time to explore. We were even lucky enough to see manatees! Overall, a fantastic experience!

We had a great experience on this small-group day tour. The guide contacted us the day before to confirm the details, and the customer service was very friendly and responsive. The weather was perfect, and it was my first time trying kayaking. Even though we didn’t see any manatees, we were lucky enough to spot wild alligators and a variety of birds, which was still very exciting. Because there were only three of us that day, the experience felt very flexible and personal. In the evening, the guide even dropped us off directly at Disney Springs, which was a huge plus. Overall, a very comfortable, well-organized, and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

You talk about an amazing adventure!! Captain Chris and Keri were awesome. We were hoping to see one manatee and we saw 4!! And the crystal river…I have never seen water so clear. Just beautiful. Thank you so much for giving our family so much fun and excitement.

It was a good day. We did have to wait a little because you use a public boat ramp so we had to wait for the boaters. They have a quick brief of the area on a map and the areas to avoid being they were manatee safe areas. We did see some.

Love it!!! You DO NOT need to come 1.5 hours before. Maybe they meant 15 min before. We loaded 10 min before the departure time. The guides, Jenna and Claire, were great. They made the trip memorable, fun, and informative. The river itself is awesome inspiring. We didn't get to see any manatees, it's more likely to see them November to March, but we got to see some gators and other wild life. The boardwalk way is also very pretty to see the fish through the clear water. Plus try the Blue Springs Pizza near the entrance of the park. It's so good. And they have lunch specials.


