Reviews: Bucharest: Palace of Parliament Tickets and Guide
Guest User2026-04-05
Up front, this company only provides the service of obtaining a ticket for you as part of a larger group and then getting you to the correct entrance at the correct time. However, they do a stellar job of it. Instructions on meet point and expectations were very clear and check in was hassle free. The guy helping us was friendly and chatted with us while we waited for the start time. As for the tour itself, my entire family (all with different interest levels for history) called it a can’t miss experience for a visit to Bucharest. This service provided the best way to guarantee a ticket (outside of the parliament cancelling all tours) for us all without calling Parliament the day before for a reservation (who failed to answer my call) or waiting in line for same day tickets (which were not even offered for our Saturday visit)
Reviews: Bucharest Highlights Walking Tour
Guest User2024-09-03
I thoroughly enjoyed this walking tour of Bucharest. Horia was our guide and he did a great job showing us around the top landmarks and buildings in the city. I learned a lot about this city and the country’s history during this tour so a big thanks to him for the insight he shared with us. This walking tour last about 3 hours or so but there’s a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and wear sunscreen if it’s sunny. Overall it was a very nice tour that introduced me to Bucharest, I’m glad booked it. Highly recommended especially if you only have 1 day to see Bucharest. - Nolan
Reviews: The Real tour of Communism

It’s true that there are a few different options for communism-related walking tours in Bucharest. My friend and I chose this one in particular on the first day of our trip to Bucharest due to its 12pm start time and us wanting to sleep in after our late flights. Things could not have worked out more wonderfully! This was the first thing we did during our stay in Bucharest and Andrea’s commentary was not only extremely informative, but the tour gave us ideas on how best to spend our other days in the city. We absolutely loved learning about the “City of Contrasts” and getting our trip started on the right foot. Thank you, Andrea!
Reviews: Dracula's Castle, Peles Castle and Brasov Day Trip from Bucharest
Guest User2026-04-12
We had a fantastic day. Everything was organized down to the smallest detail. Our guide, Elena, was truly professional and friendly. We never got bored. We were able to visit everything without stress or rushing. At Peles Castle, Elena explained everything inside to us in great detail. I can recommend entering the castle with a guide. Without one, we wouldn't have understood much of the history and the people who inhabited it. Elena told us everything, taking us back in time and reliving those places as they were back then. We are somewhat satisfied with the entire bus, the driver, punctuality, etc.
Reviews: Wednesday Adams Family - Visit 6 filming locations, Private tour
Guest User2025-03-17
I'm currently on a business trip through several European countries, including Romania. At the insistence of my daughter, a huge fan of the series, I decided to visit the filming locations. It was a delightful surprise and one of the best travel experiences I've had. Sebastian, my guide and now friend, did an exceptional job. He not only showed me the locations in detail and explained their connection to the filming, but also the historical background of each one, and even the routes between them. Every detail of the tour was perfectly planned and executed, from the comfort of the car to the logical flow of the route. If you're a young fan of the series, this tour is the best of its kind, and if you're an adult and a parent like me, I guarantee a fun and highly educational tour about Romanian history, visiting beautiful places away from the hustle and bustle of regular tourism. It completely exceeded my expectations.

George had a fantastic tour, he pivoted us flawlessly to areas I was most interested in and was very hospitable. 10/10! Would recommend this tour and guide to anyone trying to get a taste of medieval Bulgarian history from Bucharest. (From USA, 26).
