Reviews: Half-Day Tour to Zhujiajiao Ancient Town [Explore the Millennial Water Town with Timeless Charm and Lively Atmosphere]
Guest User2026-09-07
I was lucky enough to join a tour group full of foreigners and received a bilingual guide. Although there was only one attraction, the guide still completed the tour very diligently. The fee was not expensive, even cheaper than taking a taxi there on my own. The car was also clean and comfortable. Zhujiajiao was also very beautiful. The first part was quite commercialized, but it got much better later. It was a beautiful Jiangnan landscape that was very close to the city.

Reviews: Shanghai Zhujiajiao Ancient Town - A Water Town in Ink-wash Painting Style Day Tour
Guest User2026-10-10
It's a beautiful town with a real old Chinese atmosphere. All the sights are within walking distance. It's a popular spot, and therefore crowded with tourists. We had to wait in lines to take photos. The main downside was the lack of a Russian-speaking guide, even though we bought a ticket with a Russian-speaking guide. It's unclear why we paid the extra 4,000 rubles. We ended up getting a transfer to the town and back to the hotel, like a comfortable taxi. We could have taken the metro.

Reviews: Shanghai Disneyland 1-day ticket + express entry + premier access to 15 attractions (fireworks VIP) with foreign language concierge
Guest User2026-08-12
I couldn't speak Chinese and didn't want to stand in long lines in the heat, so I looked into VIP tours. Since it was difficult to book on the official website, I booked a package on Trip.com that allowed access to more attractions than a standard pass. However, after seeing a review of the same product by a famous YouTuber, my worries grew, and I even considered canceling. But with my departure date fast approaching, I went ahead with the itinerary, half-giving up on the idea. The day before the tour, the guide contacted me first to coordinate our meeting time, and on the day of the tour, they even gave me a small gift, so we got off to a great start. Upon entry, they immediately checked with staff whenever we had questions and continuously adjusted our itinerary to minimize our route to the rides we wanted to see. They even recommended photo zones first. I was particularly impressed by how they kept checking the Disney page for times and routes even while we were resting, and how they seemed even more disappointed than us as the parade time approached, hurrying to find the right path for us. It ended up being canceled due to rain, though, haha. They also shared many small tips, such as how to avoid cutting in line while waiting. I was worried because it wasn't cheap, but I was satisfied. I got plenty of rest, rode everything I wanted to ride, and saw everything there was to see, so in my opinion, I really got my money's worth! However, if you expect insider knowledge on the level of a Disney employee or the ability to board immediately via a separate route like an official VIP, your satisfaction might be lower. I would recommend it to those who, like me, cannot speak Chinese and want to enjoy themselves comfortably without worrying about checking routes or schedules.

Reviews: Tickets for Shanghai's must-see ERA Acrobatic Show | Circus City QR Code Admission |
Guest User2026-10-05
After paying, they messaged me on WeChat with the details. The day before the performance, they sent me a QR code, which was very convenient since I didn't have to exchange it at the box office. The waiting area at the entrance is very cold, so bring a sweater. They sell popcorn and drinks. I bought a ticket for Zone A and got a seat in row 11, first place. It was quite comfortable. I enjoyed the show; almost all the numbers were spectacular, and the transitions between them were well thought out. The show lasted almost an hour and a half. I was particularly impressed by the girls on the canvas, the aquarium act, and the very flexible gymnast. I'll definitely go again next time I'm in Shanghai.
