I went on Halloween night. There weren’t that many people so short waiting time for rides. I had planned to purchase the fast pass, but we didn’t need in the end.

Great tour. One area for improvement for the tour agency is the return time of 7 pm, which could be a little later. Since the park is open until 11:30 pm, they could even charge a little extra for it, as some rides are better enjoyed after 5 pm due to the heat.

I used it when traveling to Germany, France, and Switzerland. It seems like you don't need to reserve a seat. I didn't, but I was able to sit down everywhere. This pass saved me about 20,000 yen, so I highly recommend it. Apparently, if you don't activate it before boarding, you'll be fined.
