I really enjoyed this trip. Given the language barrier, this arrangement was incredibly thoughtful. Although we didn't spend much time at each attraction, Andy, our guide and driver, provided patient and detailed explanations, making for a wonderful experience. This morning I was even asking him which coffee shop in New York was the most unique. Even though the trip is over, his friendly and cooperative attitude remains strong. With Ctrip, I'm always at ease wherever I go.

He’s incredibly knowledgeable (the kind of guide who answers questions with extra fun details instead of rushing you along), and he kept the group engaged the whole time with tons of personality and great pacing. Even if you think you “know” Greenwich Village, Joel adds layers—hidden corners, eerie backstories, and those little neighborhood facts you’d never catch on your own. And the best part? After the tour, he didn’t just point and say “good luck”—he was genuinely helpful and walked with us to the subway to make sure we got where we needed to go. That extra care says a lot. Our Taylor tour was great. Matthew was a really lovely guide, who had made of lots of effort to pack his tour with info and Taylor tidbits we didn’t already know. He was super kind to my daughter, (he’s a teacher), and she (and I) really enjoyed the tour, despite torrential rain. Would 100% recommend if you’re a Taylor fan.


