If you encounter special circumstances and cannot arrive at the restaurant at the scheduled time, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance via IM customer support or by calling our 400 number.

Friendly reminder
1. Japan is a country that values contractual agreements. If you cancel last minute or arrive late due to personal reasons and the restaurant cancels your reservation, the full meal cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. This amount is non-refundable and our company is not responsible for it. We appreciate your understanding. Please carefully plan your itinerary before making restaurant reservations.
2. For any itinerary changes, please notify us in advance (at least 3 days before dining; Michelin-starred restaurants require at least 7 days' notice. Whether compensation will be charged depends on each restaurant's policies and announcements).
3. If the number of travelers does not match the reservation count, the restaurant may cancel your booking. Please be aware.
4. Once your booking is confirmed, it is considered a successful purchase. If you cancel your booking due to personal reasons, the service fee is non-refundable. Please be aware of this.
