We booked a few days in advance and received a text message with the vehicle registration number and directions to find the car, which was very easy. The car parked nearby, so we didn't have to drag our luggage far. The car was clean, the seats were spacious, and the driver was experienced. There were also stops for bathroom breaks.

The shuttle bus departs from the Mirui building and leaves quite on time. The driver is good and not too fast. On the way there, I chose to sit in the driver's seat for a beautiful view.

The driver was very polite. He came to find us at the pick-up point, drove well and followed the law. He stopped when we needed to use the restroom, and wasn't in a hurry. He was a really good driver and provided excellent service. He dropped us off safely at our destination and helped us carry all four of our bags. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely use his service again. ❤️❤️❤️

Our driver was nice and has very good driving skill, the car was clean and comfortable. Our guide, She was friendly, kind, helpful and resourceful. Her explanations about the place’s history and local cultures are details and easy to understand, She speaks good English. She help taking pictures of us and find many great spot. We booked just 1 day in advance a 'private' car trip to Chengdu's Panda Valley and Dujiangyan - Area. As soon as we got a confirmation (at 11pm!) the commuicative staff set up a WeChat (WeiXin) - Group for our trip. Over this group different agents checked in with us, all directly immediately responsive and in English. The driver - we booked 'just' a driver, non Engkish speaking - was already involved. He was used to communicate with a translation app - so no problems at all. We even arranged some different timing and some in between stops with him. Great experience!! Easy going, personal, friendly, helpful and with a very reasonable fair price . Definitely a big recommendation!!


