We were picked up from our hotel in Dalat on time, but the drive back to Nha Trang took two hours longer. We were the last ones on the route, so we were very tired. But at least they dropped us right at the hotel.★

The program's price is twice as high as the price at the station. There's no hotel pickup. Our bus broke down en route, but we were quickly transferred to another bus. Upon arrival, we were quickly dropped off at our hotels. Overall, the service was as described. I slept well on the way, and we spent the next day exploring Dalat.★

We were a little worried about not being able to contact the service representative. The departure was at 7:30 a.m., but they didn't text us until 11:40 p.m. But the trip was great, and the buses were clean. I recommend them.Trip.com Picks
