How to use
Once we receive your booking, we will arrange the itinerary and respond to you within three days.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 21 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59 8 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 40% will be charged.
A fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations requested before 09:00 on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 09:00 on the day of date of use.
Cannot be canceled after reservation
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

If customers arrive by car (West Exit) or take the Osaka Metro (East Exit), the meeting point will differ. Guidance will be provided once the transportation method is confirmed.
