The overnight bus from Hakodate to Sapporo that I booked was quite comfortable, even though I couldn't fully lie down, and the bus drove very smoothly. Most importantly, the customer service was amazing!! They were very patient and repeatedly checked the bus status for me. I highly recommend it if you don't mind being tired and want to save time and a night's hotel money.About
