Important Notes:

1. This itinerary includes a cable car ticket package. Travelers are required to cooperate with ticket issuance after placing the order (please be advised).

2. Foreign visitors must provide valid contact information (such as a Chinese WeChat account or mainland phone number) after placing an order for communication purposes. The assigned driver only speaks Chinese and will communicate via WeChat translation (please reconsider booking if this is unacceptable).

3. The cable car tickets for this itinerary are in high demand. Once the guaranteed ticket package is successfully booked, it cannot be canceled or modified (cancellation will incur losses and require compensation for ticket damages). Please confirm your itinerary before placing the order (do not book if you have concerns).

4. The Yulong Snow Mountain 1-day tour is a self-guided tour led by the driver, with no commentary or accompanying service. The driver can provide simple guidance on the tour route (your understanding is appreciated).

5. This itinerary provides pick-up & drop-off services within the designated area only. Our pick-up & drop-off area covers the roadside surrounding Lijiang Ancient Town and the nearest point to your accommodation at the North/South Gate of Shuhe Ancient Town. For locations outside this area, please proceed to the designated boarding point on your own. (We appreciate your understanding.)

6. On the way to the snow mountain by vehicle, you will stop at an oxygen supply store to collect the provided "Snow Mountain Essentials" including oxygen bottles, cold-proof clothing (to be returned after the tour), and mineral water. Staff will guide you on safety precautions for visiting the snow mountain. Travelers may purchase additional personal items as needed, please make rational choices.

7. On the way to the Visitor Center, you will pass by the Dongba Culture Art Museum. The attraction staff will introduce the Dongba culture of Snow Mountain and its sacred origins (visitors who wish to pray, please make rational decisions).

Due to limited capacity, for safety reasons, we regret to inform you that this itinerary is not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with hypertension, heart disease, respiratory conditions, lung diseases, asthma or other chronic illnesses, infants under 1 year old, minors under 18 years old, and seniors over 70 years old (seniors aged 60–70 must be accompanied by at least one younger family member). We appreciate your understanding.

Travel Notice:

1. Around 06:30 (earlier departures may occur during peak season holidays), our driver will pick up guests around Lijiang Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town in sequence, with the service concluding around 18:00 (actual arrival time may vary).

(2) Our driver (guide) will call you by 10:30 PM the day before departure to confirm the exact pick-up point and time. Please ensure your phone is reachable.

III. The sequence of our itinerary may change based on each person's cable car schedule, but this will not affect the overall experience (subject to the actual arrangement by the guide).

If you request a refund or reschedule after the ticket is issued, only CNY 100 will be refunded for the admission ticket. Please review carefully before placing your order. 8. Notice on Refund and Modification for Temporary Suspension of the Snow Mountain Cableway: For those who have already entered the mountain, only the cableway fee of CNY 120/person can be refunded. With a valid ticket, you may switch to the mid-level cableway (refund of CNY 75/person) or the small cableway (refund of CNY 80/person). For those who have not entered the mountain, an ancient town maintenance fee of CNY 50 and a vehicle damage fee of CNY 50 will be charged.
