I liked everything, the tour was very interesting, the buffet was good, there was plenty to choose from, the nature was super, the only inconvenience was the huge number of tourists.

Overall, the itinerary was good. The only slight disappointment was that our group wasn't given the option to kayak; we were just given a boat tour instead. Some members of our group booked through local travel agencies at the last minute, and the platform price was 50% more expensive than booking directly locally. They felt the current price was really not worth it.

We had a wonderful time. Food on the cruise was great. Ruby was helpful in every way. The pick up guide, Mr. Tue was on time and prepared us well. Tony, tour guide, in charge of sightseeing was good.

I booked a tour in Japanese during the Chinese New Year, when all Japanese tours were canceled. However, I was able to communicate in basic English and Chinese, and received very good service. Because the boat was large, there was little rocking, and I even felt seasick. The seafood buffet was delicious, but drinks are generally ordered. Bottled drinks brought in are strictly controlled to protect the environment.


