Review I used the AREX train to travel from Incheon Airport to Seoul. It was very convenient and fast 🚆 The signs were clear and not confusing. The train was on time, and the seats were clean and comfortable. It's perfect after a long flight. It saves a lot of time and you don't have to worry about traffic. Extremely convenient and easy. There were no problems communicating with the staff; we never had any issues finding someone to contact. Customer service responded promptly and resolved problems completely. They provided real-time updates on baggage pickup and arrival, and coordinated with our arrival time at the airport!
