The activity delivers on what was promised, but the explanations in English were much shorter than in Italian (and German), and the sound columns did not have good sound.

The boat trip was very pleasant and offered a good overview of Capri. Unfortunately, our guide was rather disorganized, mixing up a lot of languages and sometimes switching languages mid-sentence. Listening to him was therefore a bit tiring. Additionally, it's important to note that you still need to exchange the ticket at the ticket office at the port, which isn't clear from the offer here. The Blue Grotto was closed due to the weather during our visit, but I find the advertisement's name somewhat misleading – entry to the grotto costs an additional €14 per person!

The *** employees and tour guides are very nice and friendly. We had Teresa and she was very kind and a joy to be around during the whole trip. Make sure you have a battery charger for your phone because, it’s a long day and you will take a lot of videos and pictures and you may not have enough battery life left after a few hours.
