Check-in notice: Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. If you arrive before 3:00 PM, you can go to the front desk to complete check-in registration and exchange/purchase tickets. If a clean room is available, early check-in is possible. If not, you may store your luggage at the concierge and visit the park. If your room is cleaned before 3:00 PM, you will receive a notification via text message. To inquire about your room's cleaning status in advance, please call the front desk.

Hotel description:

1. The booking is for a specified room type and bed type (if you need to specify a bed type, please contact customer support. The hotel will try to accommodate your request based on availability. If unavailable, the bed type confirmed in your booking will apply).

2. After booking is confirmed, you can check in at the hotel front desk or collect the included tickets by providing the reserved name and contact number.

3. The check-in time is 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, you can go to the front desk to complete procedures such as check-in registration, ticket exchange/purchase, and luggage storage before entering the park. Check-out time is before 12:00 PM.

5. The name on the booking must match the guest's name at check-in, and a valid ID must be provided upon arrival.

Minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to check in at the hotel.

Booking policy

1. Once a hotel room booking is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed, and no refunds will be issued. Due to the time-sensitive nature of hotel rooms, the hotel guarantees to hold the room until the guest's arrival date. If the guest fails to check in on time, the room will not be transferred to other guests, resulting in the room remaining vacant. The full booking fee will be charged as usual and is non-refundable. Please carefully review the hotel product details before placing your booking.

When booking hotel products, you must provide the real and valid name of the guest who will check in and a valid contact phone number. If the check-in information is incorrect, incomplete, or the contact information is inaccurate, preventing us from confirming your booking details in advance, resulting in the guest being unable to check in or other losses, neither our platform nor the hotel will accept refund requests and will not be held liable.

3. In accordance with relevant national regulations, if the itinerary is affected due to force majeure, the hotel will assist you in resolving the issue but will not be liable for any resulting losses. Any additional costs incurred must be borne by you.

8. According to national regulations, to ensure your rights and a smooth trip, please carry and keep your valid ID with you at all times. Minors under 16 years old must check in accompanied by an adult.

9. Please register children according to the specified criteria (such as height and age). Children over 1m in height must purchase admission tickets or dining packages. Any additional costs incurred due to exceeding height limits will be at your own expense, and you will be responsible for any related losses. Exception for circus tickets: Each person attending the circus requires one ticket and one seat. Children must purchase separate tickets for admission.

10. All visitors entering Chimelong theme parks must undergo security checks. Prohibited items such as controlled weapons are strictly forbidden.
